Founded in 1906 by Nobel laureate Charles Nicolle, the Archives de l’Institut Pasteur de Tunis (AIPT) is a biannual medical journal published by the Institut Pasteur de Tunis.

It is a peer-reviewed, diamond open access, indexed journal that publishes articles in all fields of biology, provided they meet general criteria of scientific significance and excellence.

The journal also publishes special issues related to Pasteurian scientific activities and may consider Selected articles or abstracts from conferences for publication.
